Pick up your Work Permit

During the first couple of days of your arrival take your passport, employment contract, and any appropriate payment to the Danish Immigration Service to get your work permit placed in your passport.

First point of contact for assistance: Officemates, preferably your PhD “Mentor”. Soon after your arrival in Copenhagen you will be assigned 1 or 2 PhD “Mentors”, PhDs who have been in the program for at least 1 year, to be your primary “go-to” people for questions/doubts you may have.
