Using public transportation will take you very close to the venue.

 

One option is to use the Metro; among other places the Metro departs from the airport, Nørrebro station and Kgs. Nytorv. You should get off at Christianshavn and then walk a few hundred metres to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (next to Knippelsbro).
